Embed disciplined pricing, statements of work, scope management and change control across sales and technical teams.
Maintain senior mining-client relationships through regular engagement, delivery issue resolution and technical and commercial discussions.

Coach managers and team members, establish performance expectations and reinforce cooperation between client-facing and technical functions.
Coordinate resources, priorities and information flow across Australian and international offices and with software development leadership.
Improve resource planning, workflows, project handovers and management reporting to address delivery bottlenecks.
Ensure operational practices meet applicable Western Australian work health and safety obligations, client requirements and relevant professional standards.
Provide concise leadership reporting on operational performance, financial results, significant client matters, emerging risks and decisions requiring escalation.
